Our Business Development Manager is the driving force behind the growth of the agency.

At the core of the role, they are responsible for sourcing new leads and working alongside the MD to close them.

They will also play a pivotal role in updating our sales processes, including implementing and maintaining a CRM and working alongside senior management to build out our pricing structures.

They need to have a good understanding of digital marketing and be confident when speaking to potential clients about our full-service offering.

Specific responsibilities include:

  • Researching and sourcing leads within our target market
  • Contacting prospects via phone and email to establish rapport and set up meetings
  • Maintaining our CRM
  • Managing and joining pitches
  • Writing proposals/contracts
  • Assisting the MD in closing leads

Required skills include:

  • Good knowledge of social media and digital marketing
  • A track record of pitching to multinational companies
  • Great networking skills
  • Extremely driven
  • Agency experience is a plus


  • Full-time, permanent
  • Based in Comberton (5 miles west of Cambridge)
