Our Account Directors take the lead on client accounts. They are responsible for building and maintaining exceptional relationships with these clients. By understanding their requirements and working with our Operations Team to deliver against their goals, they are the ‘client by proxy’ within OST.

OST is looking for a Paid Social Manager to join our specialist advertising team. Working with some of the world’s top B2B brands, you’ll be responsible for driving the best possible results from advertising on Facebook, LinkedIn, Twitter, Instagram and more.

Associate Account Managers are effectively junior Account Managers. They support AMs but also have direct responsibility for smaller client accounts. Their core role is to advise clients on service requirements and then capture and convey these requirements to the Operations team, ensuring the services are delivered on time, on brief and on budget.

OST is seeking a Social Media Community Manager to join our fast-growing agency team. In this role you’ll be on the front line of social media management for some of the world’s biggest and best tech brands, helping them to make meaningful connections with their customers, prospects, employees and influencers.

Account Managers (AM) fill a pivotal role between the Client Services Team and the Operations team. They are responsible for agreeing on the required services with the client and then ensuring that the Operations teams deliver them on time, on brief, and on budget. At the core of the AM role is the creation and management of an effective Project Plan. By advising the AD and client on the planned timeline and deliverables for each service, the AM ensures that client expectations are realistic and fulfilled. Senior Account Managers are responsible for service planning and implementation for our larger client accounts. They may also oversee smaller accounts, managed by Associate Account Managers. Highly effective social media/content marketers, our SAMs work closely with their Account Directors to ensure that client requirements are understood, planned and implemented on time, on brief and on budget. As an Animator and Digital Designer, you’ll be creating first-rate content for some of the world’s best B2B brands. Working closely with our creative team, you’ll be responsible for conceptualising and delivering award-winning social media campaigns, videos, animations, gifs, and graphics.
