Over the past 6 years Helen has implemented social and digital strategies for brands ranging from Gala Bingo to Marriott Hotels. She has a wealth of experience to share. Her main passion evolves around working closely with customers, influencers and brand partners to drive value from social media. She is currently Content & Social Media Manager at Interflora, the world’s largest flower delivery brand.

 

Luke Brynley-Jones

OST – Founder & Managing Director 

Luke Brynley-Jones is one of the UK’s original social media pioneers. Having founded his first social agency in 1999 he has advised scores of leading brands, including British Airways, Salesforce, Orange and VISA, on social media strategy.

 

 

Stef Lait 

OST – Consumer Account Director 

Stef Lait is a seasoned pro with over 10 years’ experience creating social strategies and impactful campaigns for some of the UK’s most well-known brands, including Hartley’s and Sun Pat. She heads up an innovative team of social strategists, creatives and community managers.
