Creative and Community Executive

We’re looking for a Creative and Community Executive to join our Creative team on a full-time basis.

You’ll need to be a strong creative who is brilliant at ideation, writing highly-engaging content, producing design briefs and working with our team of technical copywriters. You’ll also be managing social media communities by identifying and engaging with influencers, sharing real-time content and actioning engagement opportunities.

OST has an ever-growing portfolio of globally recognised brands, and we want someone passionate to join us on this journey.

Specific responsibilities include:

  • Applying different creative strategies to meet our clients’ social media objectives
  • Creating fresh social media content and working closely with our design team to brief in graphics, animations and videos
  • Producing innovative campaign ideas and presenting these to your clients
  • Managing award-worthy social media campaigns
  • Responding to community conversations and proactively engaging with audience members
  • Liaising with influencers and key industry figures

This role is offered on a full-time permanent contract.

We currently operate a hybrid model which requires our people to be in the office a minimum of 2 days per week. We are based in Comberton, just outside of Cambridge which has transport links and free onsite parking.

Alongside 26 days (+ bank holidays) annual leave each year, we provide enhanced maternity, paternity and adoption pay, enhanced sick pay, cycle to work scheme, pension scheme and the ability to opt into our private healthcare plan.

Salary range: £22,000 – £28,000.
