In 2024, Infosys set out to grow a brand-new LinkedIn Showcase Page aimed at IT specialists and business leaders across EMEA. Building a following from scratch is always a challenge, especially in a crowded space dominated by topics like AI, sustainability and digital transformation. As their long-standing EMEA social media partner, OST was tasked with making it happen.
To meet the challenge, we proposed a fresh organic LinkedIn strategy, purpose-built to align with the platform’s algorithm. This meant prioritising thought leadership, refining the content creation process and giving community management a more central role in day-to-day execution.

OST’s Strategists worked hand-in-hand with the Infosys EMEA Social Media Team to implement the changes. Some elements required internal buy-in and process changes, but thanks to strong collaboration, we successfully re-engineered our approach within weeks.
Within just three months, the new strategy had outperformed every target. Organic impressions rose by 170%, clicks by 468% and engagements per post by 86%. Even follower growth, often slow to shift, jumped by 38%.
With a strategy tuned to the algorithm and the audience, Infosys’s new LinkedIn page has become a powerful channel for influence and engagement.
