Salesforce – B2B Social Media Management

Brief

In 2018 Salesforce appointed OST as their UK social media agency with the primary objective of growing their social media presence in the UK and Ireland.

We started by devising a comprehensive social media strategy, with sophisticated channel personas and content pillars. By monitoring engagement levels and adjusting the percentages of content types, per channel, we have been able to maximise reach and engagement. 

We have also developed a UK-focused influencer programme which integrates prominent industry influencers into Salesforce’s marketing activities and events. By combining this with customers, i.e. Trailblazers, we continuously harness positive advocacy for the brand. At WorldTour London in 2019 our ‘activation’ crew live-streamed, live posted and engaged with thousands of participants.

Results

OST has had an extremely positive impact on Salesforce’s social media results. During 2018/19 we have increased organic social reach by 60% and driven over 200,000 engagements on LinkedIn. At WorldTour London our live streams attracted  more than 1 million views.
