Our Team

Account Executive

Account Executives support the Client Services team, working closely with the AM / SAM, and occasionally AD as well. Their core role is to support AM/SAM in understanding client requirements and then conveying these requirements to the Operations team, ensuring the services are delivered on time, on brief and on budget.

AAMs responsibilities include:

  • Supporting AMs with managing their accounts
  • Creating and managing project plans
  • Liaising with the Operations team to ensure that services are delivered according to agreed plans
  • Supporting AMs/ADs with any research and reporting requirements

Required skills include:

  • Good knowledge of social media and digital marketing
  • Great project management skills
  • Good interpersonal skills
  • Good communication skills
